Aquilaris runs a defined engagement model. Supplier identity is protected until the process warrants disclosure. Buyers do not engage providers directly until NDA is executed.
Requirement
Submit the operational need — mission-led or specification-led, we work with both. Where a requirement needs structuring, we do that first.
Capability Assessment
Aquilaris assesses against its current network and returns a structured Capability Overview — capability profiles, no supplier identity, no commercial commitment. Enough to make an informed decision.
NDA and Engagement
NDA and NCA executed. Aquilaris engages the relevant provider and manages all technical and commercial dialogue. The client does not engage independently prior to this.
